What if there is no data for my reg?
Occasionally a plate returns nothing from the data providers, usually a very new registration or a recently transferred private plate. When that happens, whatever you paid goes back on your account as credit straight away, ready for another check. No refund forms and no waiting.
What we do not offer
A data guarantee. Some premium checks back their data with a payout if a flag they missed later costs you the car. We query the same finance, write-off and theft registers, live, at the moment you run the search, and we pass on exactly what comes back. We cannot insure you against those registers being wrong, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.
