Occasionally a plate returns nothing, usually a very new registration or a recently transferred private plate. Whatever you paid goes back on your account straight away, ready for another check. If you'd rather have it back on your card, use the refund button on your order page or email us.
Worth knowing
No data guarantee
Some premium checks back their data with a payout if a flag they missed later costs you the car. We query the finance and write-off registers at the moment you search, check the police stolen records our data supplier updates daily, and pass on exactly what comes back. We cannot insure you against those registers being wrong, and would rather say so.
