When did the Dundee LEZ start?

Dundee City Council made the scheme on 24 May 2022 and introduced it on 30 May 2022. The two-year grace period covered residents and visitors alike, and fines started on 30 May 2024.

Which Dundee car parks are outside the LEZ?

The Bell Street, West Marketgait (NCP) and Wellgate car parks are left out of the scheme, even though they sit inside the inner ring road, so they are not part of the zone.

Which Dundee streets are in the LEZ?

Most of the city centre inside the ring road, including Murraygate, High Street, Reform Street, Commercial Street, Union Street and Whitehall Street, with parts of Nethergate and Seagate. No section of the ring road is on the council's list of zone streets.
